NOTE! THERE IS NO RESTOCK ON EXCHANGES (only returns)
Ironville takes great pride in our reputation for quality workout apparel and accessories at discount prices. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Ironville purchase, we will assist you in a prompt refund* or exchange within 30 days of your purchase for all Ironville apparel (provided items are unworn and unwashed).
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping fees (once spent) are non-refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping charges will be incurred by Ironville. Simply ship the UNUSED, UNWASHED & UNSTAINED item(s) within 30 days (insurance optional) to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Ironville will then promptly inspect and process the request for any applicable refund* or product exchange. If you are exchanging for an item that is more expensive than you originally purchased, you will be billed for the difference. Shipping rates are based on total weight and vary based on location. Returns or exchanges exceeding 30 days from your original purchase date will not be accepted.
* PLEASE NOTE: All RETURNED ITEMS will be charged a 20% restocking fee unless you were shipped item(s) that do not match your order details. Items that are returned in a condition less than they were shipped out will be refunded at a rate of 50%, as we are unable to resell. We quickly recognize items that have been worn / washed or dried, covered in pet hair, Febreze’d or stained with anti-perspirant. Odors, such as cologne are also unacceptable. Additionally, DO NOT remove any tags from inside the collar of our items before first trying them on for fit. Items with original sewn-in tags removed are not subject for return. If for any reason there is an issue with an order received, you are to contact us immediately and take no further measure with the clothing. We need to validate the claim on the order as it was first received.
1. Pack up your unworn and unwashed item(s).
If a return is needed, USPS Ground Advantage service is recommended and the least expensive. Please include the original packing slip or a note indicating the desired items for exchange, including size and color. The business address is as follows:

2. Postage for the return shipment.
Postage on exchanges can be included with the returned parcel, however, we recommend invoicing via PayPal upon receipt and inspection of the exchange.
3. Ship your exchange.
Labels can be purchased and printed online at www.usps.com. You can also do so through your local postal branch, although the shipping rates are notably higher. Ground Advantage service is recommended and is based on weight.
4. Allow time for printing, processing and delivery.
We generally process exchanges within 2-3 business days of receipt. Make note of your tracking in case you need to reference updates on the returned order. If sending from abroad, times to receive the items may vary, based on Customs involvement.
